Lebanese actress Manal Issa has attracted media attention on the premiere of 'Solo: A Star Wars Story' at Cannes Film Festival in France.
Issa used the massive spotlight to draw attention to the Israeli army’s killing of Palestinians on the Gaza border a day earlier.
She held a sign that read “Stop the Attack on Gaza” in the heart of a country that banned and convicted philosopher Roger Garaudy for questioning the Holocaust.
Now Manal Issa creates a surprise to lose the chance of appearing on the Cannes red carpet again forever.
